About Blood Pressure Log+
An iPhone app and a set of plain-language guides for people who check their blood pressure at home.
Who we are
Blood Pressure Log+ is made by Redoubt ApS, a small independent software company in Denmark. We build the iPhone app and write the guides on this site.
The app is a home blood pressure diary: you take readings with your own cuff, log them in a few taps, and share a 7-day report with your doctor. It doesn't measure blood pressure and isn't a medical device.
How we write the guides
- We follow the guidelines. Categories, thresholds and measuring advice come from the 2025 AHA/ACC high blood pressure guideline and patient material from the American Heart Association and the CDC. Each guide links to its sources.
- We stay in our lane. The guides explain measuring, logging and understanding your numbers. They don't recommend medication or replace a conversation with your clinician.
- We say when something is urgent. Every page that discusses high readings explains when to seek care straight away.
- We keep pages current. When guidance changes, we update the page and its date.
- We're open about the app. Guides mention Blood Pressure Log+ where it's relevant, and every guide also offers a free option, such as the printable log.
Privacy
The app has no account and no server that stores your readings; they stay on your iPhone and, if you choose, in Apple Health. On this website, analytics only run if you accept them in the cookie banner. The reading checker runs in your browser and sends nothing. Details are in the privacy policy.
